How do I convert High Definition 30 fps to either 24fps or 25fps?
There are many ways to convert the frame rate of our high definition video clips. In order to keep the video quality at a high level, it is best to preserve all the frames within a clip but play them at the frame rate you need. Basically this will slightly slow down the movement within the video clip, which on most shots is not noticeable.
